About LX Factory
The building
LX Factory is situated in the bustling Alcântara neighbourhood of Lisbon. The LX Factory complex was once a thriving industrial site that housed wiring and textile factories and other industrial facilities. In the early 2000s, the area underwent a transformation into a creative and commercial space. The site was acquired in 2022 in partnership with a local family office, and there are exciting plans for further investment into the site in the coming years.
Today, LX Factory is a dynamic and vibrant space that brings together various creative industries. It serves as a platform for artists, designers, photographers, musicians, writers, and other creative professionals to showcase their work and collaborate. LX Factory hosts a variety of cultural and artistic events throughout the year.
LX Factory has numerous F&B concepts, fashion boutiques, vintage stores, concept stores, design shops, and art galleries. Many office occupiers also call the site home, working from creative and inspiring spaces within the old factory buildings.
