The building

“Circuit”, in the Cornella district of Barcelona, was acquired by Citybee in 2023. We are now investing into the building, including a rebranding together with targeted investment to improve sustainability credentials and occupier experience.

The building historically formed an extension of the Siemens Cornella Factory complex, a site which has been long established within the local area as a hub for engineering, industry and electrical innovation. Occupiers in the building include companies from the engineering, technology, manufacturing and energy sectors.

The site is well located to the West of the city, close to local transport infrastructure allowing easy access to the city centre, the airport, and the national transport network.

The city

From the iconic architecture of Antoni Gaudí, like the awe-inspiring Sagrada Família, to the bustling energy of Las Ramblas, Barcelona captivates and is a magnet for visitors from across the world. However, the attraction of the city extends beyond its renowned landmarks and globally famous football team.

Barcelona has established itself as a prominent business destination, drawing entrepreneurs, corporations, and professionals from around the world. The city is strategically well located for travel, well connected to other European and global cities, and benefits from a well-educated workforce coming from the many highly regarded educational institutions.

In the heart of Barcelona lies the Cornella district, a dynamic and evolving area that reflects the city’s commitment to progress. With modern infrastructure, including the state-of-the-art Cornella-El Prat Stadium, home to RCD Espanyol, Cornella is increasingly blending tradition with contemporary development. The district offers a thriving economic environment with an increasing population, creating a compelling destination for residents and businesses alike.
