About Stamp Office
The building
Stamp Office, originally constructed in 1819, has been re-imagined for a new era behind the classic Georgian façade. Ideally located adjacent to Edinburgh Waverley Station and St James’ Quarter retail area, the building has everything that could be needed within a short walk; be it food and drink, or retail and culture.
Current occupiers include technology and healthcare companies, and with completion of an extensive refurbishment at the end of 2023, we look forward to welcoming new occupiers soon.
The refurbishment works have included the remodelling of both receptions and the addition of a best in class End of Journey facility, including showers, changing facilities, secure cycle storage and a wellness room.
Public transport is straightforward with both Waverley Station for mainline trains, and St Andrew Square for trams a short distance away.
